If it not on the list its not there. Unlike SKSE the patch is a mod so it is on the list. I can only assume that your downloading the Skyrim version and not the SE version. No, I got the SE version, I'm certain. It just won't pick it up. The game must store mods somewhere other than where Vortex does. If you download the patch with Vortex then it has to be in Vortex mod folder. You know some mods don't show up in mods section of Vortex if it only has plugins. I can't remmember if the patch is that way, I don't use it anymore, don't have any mods that require it, so I can't check my build. There is a pinned thread that might tell you..
